Job description
Marshalls in Rochester, MN is hiring for a front-of-store loss prevention role. The position supports store management and loss prevention by deterring theft and wearing a Body Worn Camera while maintaining a welcoming customer experience.
You will greet customers, respond to requests, and partner with management to ensure safety and policy adherence. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and have 0–2 years of retail or security experience.
