Loss Prevention Safety Specialist IILocation: Marietta, GA Position Type: Full-time Salary Range: $25.00 + Full Benefits Package (day one)Flexcar is completely reimagining car ownership. By combining operational expertise with technology, data, and AI, we're transforming every aspect of the customer journey and delivering a more affordable, flexible, and hassle-free alternative to buying or leasing.What you'll do:Collaborate with Operations, Service, and Customer Care teams for customer lost property claimsAdhere to customer procedures and standards for lost property claims and controlsAudit & analyze lost property claim trends for process improvementsTrack, administer, and document access to controlled and restricted areasMonitor access control, issue & maintain local market employee badging, and review CCTVInstallation and troubleshoot fleet telematic devices across fleet assetsMaintain and audit fleet ignition key assets lifecycle; inventory, distribution, & storageObserve people interactions and provide response in escalated or critical situationsWhat you'll love about being a Flexster on the Security TeamBeing part of a team where you can see the impact you haveFeel good about protecting Flexcar's assetsWorking with a fun, diverse, and collaborative teamFlexible work environmentWhat drives success for this role:2 + years of law enforcement, military, or technical trade training or experienceHigh school education or equivalent (GED)Managing time effectively; execute tasks with minimal supervision or directionTechnical background with the ability to learnStrong verbal, written communication, and computer skills, with attention to detailFlexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidaysWhat tops of the tank:Rest & Relax!
