As a Lead Technician, you'll deliver great work and identify customer needs. When appropriate, you can earn commission on residential services by helping homeowners maintain their properties.Role Overview: Low-Rise Lead Technician / Sales TechnicianYou will perform and lead low-rise exterior services for residential and commercial clients while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe, efficient job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior servicesLead and support team members on residential and commercial jobsCommunicate professionally with customers on-siteIdentify additional service needs for residential customers (commission eligible)Follow all safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protectionEnsure job quality, efficiency, and cleanlinessMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicleComplete basic job documentation and reportingWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay $18-$25 per hour + commissionCommission opportunities on residential salesPaid safety training including ladder safety, fall protection, and jobsite best practicesOngoing skills development and certification opportunitiesHigh-quality tools, equipment, and PPEYear-round work (commercial + residential mix)Opportunity to advance into high-rise and rope access work for qualified team membersGrowth path into Crew Leader, Supervisor, Sales, or ManagementStrong team culture and supportive leadershipWhat We're Looking ForExperience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior services preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable working on ladders and at heights (low-rise)Sales mindset for residential work (we train—no pressure selling)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordReliable, safety-focused, and team-orientedGrow your career with Window Hero.
