Job Description Job Description About the Role: 3c Business Solutions Inc is looking for skilled and motivated Low Voltage Lead Service Technician to join our growing team in Kaysville, UT. Responsibilities:
Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems including security, access control, surveillance, and structured cabling
Supervise and mentor junior technicians on job sites to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
Perform system programming, configuration, and commissioning for low voltage equipment
Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan and execute efficient installations
Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completion
Diagnose and resolve system faults, performing repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of equipment and materials
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation and service
Proficiency with security systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, & structured cabling
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Low voltage BICSI Certification or relevant certifications preferred
Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job site responsibilities
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
