Job description
Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Loyalty Manager to lead the dealership's loyalty program and retention initiatives. You will work with Sales, Service, BDC, and Marketing to grow customer lifetime value, repeat purchases, and referrals.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00–5:00 role focused on designing programs, analyzing data, and coordinating campaigns across departments to keep customers engaged and coming back for service and vehicle purchases.
