Lead patient care coordination and behavioral health operations as an LPC-S/Registered Nurse , while making a meaningful impact in a collaborative hospital setting near Gallup, NM.
Salary: $101,000 - $148,000 Annually
LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Opportunity:
$5,000 Sign-On BonusCampus Housing AvailableFull-TimePermanent PositionMonday-Friday Schedule
LPC-S/Registered Nurse will manage patient referrals and transfers to outside hospitals, ensuring continuity of care and timely placement
Provide clinical leadership while supporting behavioral health and interdisciplinary care teams
Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Qualifications: Active Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Preferred that a LPC-S/Registered Nurse has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Previous leadership, care coordination, or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
