Job description
Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver direct patient care across medical-surgical, rehab, and specialty units. In this role, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support treatments, and accurately document in the EHR. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to execute care plans and educate patients and families.
