Allegro Winter Park is seeking an experienced LPN to join the clinical leadership team as Assistant Resident Care Director (ARCD) in Winter Park, FL. This role blends hands-on nursing with leadership, mentoring caregivers and guiding resident wellness in a warm assisted living community.
Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, developing care plans, and coordinating with families and physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes. Weekend rotation is required.
