Job description
ADP, Inc. in Fairhaven, MA is seeking a Charge Nurse-LPN for a full-time, shift-based role. The Charge Nurse promotes and maintains quality patient care through effective management of nursing activities and staff on the assigned shift.
You will assess patient conditions, coordinate staffing needs, ensure patient safety, supervise and evaluate staff performance, and communicate with the Nurse Executive and Administrator regarding issues with potential impact. Strong communication is essential.
