Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide evening care Monday–Friday in a correctional healthcare setting. The LPN will perform med passes, triage sick calls, support chronic care, assist providers, and document in EMRs while ensuring compliance with correctional and clinical standards.
