Job description
Madison County Wood River Facility seeks an LPN Clinic Nurse to deliver immunizations, TB screenings, and vision/hearing checks for children and students. You will follow physician orders and ACIP guidelines, perform routine clinical duties, and support public health initiatives in the community.
The role requires an LPN license, one year of related experience, and current certifications. A valid driver’s license is also required.
