Job description
Salary: $25 - $28 / hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in and around the Mansfield, Ohio area!

Responsibilities:
* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
* On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
* Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
* Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
* Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Ohio.
* Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
* Current Hands-On BLS card.
* One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
