Join Edgewood Manor of Greenfield, a 60-bed skilled nursing facility, as we hire full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver exceptional care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, and work closely with RNs, physicians, and care teams to support individualized care plans. Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments

Work closely with RNs, physicians, and care teams to support individualized care plans

Support a positive and compassionate environment that promotes resident comfort and well-being

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Ohio (required)

New graduates welcome

Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

Dependable and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills

Benefits and Compensation:

Wage scale of $22 up to $28 based on experience

$7,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)

Attendance bonus: +$2.00/hour

Loyalty bonus: +$2.00/hour

Shift differential: +$1.00
