Job description
The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care following prescribed orders and use the nursing process to assess and plan care.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, documenting data, and identifying physiologic and psychosocial changes. Flexible work hours and competitive pay are offered by The Lakes Home Care.
