Job description
Haven of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, IL is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs to support resident well-being.
This full-time role offers consistent scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive leadership team. Active IL LPN license, long-term care experience preferred, and weekend rotation required.
