Job description
Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking an LPN to provide patient-focused care under direction, building a caring relationship that supports patient autonomy and dignity. You will collect data, assist in planning and implementing care, administer medications, and participate in educational activities to improve service delivery.
Responsibilities include teaching patients, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring goals are completed as assigned.
