Job description
Northwell Health seeks an LPN to support clinicians in providing patient care across our medical practice. The role involves preparing materials, obtaining histories, and delivering direct care under supervision, including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
You will administer medications and vaccines as directed, educate patients and families on preventive care, and monitor progress while documenting changes and ensuring compliance with policies.
