Job description
Bethesda Health is seeking an experienced LPN to join our team across Bethesda communities in Missouri and Illinois. You will provide direct nursing care, assess residents, document care plans, and communicate with the IDT and families to ensure timely interventions.
The role requires a Missouri/Illinois LPN license, CPR/AED and IV certification, and comfort with 200+ lb transfers, long shifts, and cross-site assignments. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
