Job description
The role involves providing patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
It offers flexible scheduling as a PRN/Per Diem/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with shifts available day or night, and no weekend or holiday requirements.
The LPN will float across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical at multiple facilities.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, current LPN licensure, and recent bedside experience—one year for Med/Surg and two years for specialized areas.
Certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification are required, with preferred Epic experience.
Physical demands include lifting, prolonged standing, and mobility tasks.
