Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife, a Boston-based nonprofit senior care organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School, seeks an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care to older adults in our skilled nursing and senior living communities. The LPN administers medications and treatments, supports assessments and documentation, and closely monitors resident status. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help develop and implement care plans that honor dignity, choice, and independence.
