Job description
Salary: $32 - $35 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Holly, MI to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. Patient needs most often include gastronomy tube, tracheostomy, and/or ventilator care.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
