Travel to one client home on a schedule you choose
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform assessmentsand monitor clients' conditions
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a Private Duty LPN:
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay range: $28-38/hour based on experience and skills
Flexible scheduling with minimum of one ongoing shift per week required
Morning, evening or overnight shifts work (8's, 10's, or 12;s)
PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
