Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nurse to provide skilled nursing services in the home, following physician orders and the care plan. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the health care team.
Required are a graduate of an approved clinical program, an active license in the practicing state, and at least one year of nursing experience, with basic tech skills including mobile device use. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are expected.
