Job description
Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pickerington, OH to work with adult patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!
Shifts Available:
Days: Saturday, Sunday 7am-5pm
Nights: Friday - Sunday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
