Job description
Pay: $32-$36/hr
Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling
Provide Care One Patient at a Time

What You'll Do
* Provide direct patient care in the home
* Monitor patient condition and report changes
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Support individualized care plans
* Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements
Required:
* Active LPN license
* Current BLS certification
Preferred:
* 1+ year of nursing experience
Additional Details
* Pediatric patient opportunities available

* Orientation, onboarding, and 24/7 clinical support provided
