Pay Rate: $32 - $36 / hour

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care for adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Galesville area . What You'll Do
* Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
* Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status
* Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately
* Develop and implement individualized care interventions
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You'll Need
* Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin
* Current BLS/CPR certification
* Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
* Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more)
* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
* Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
