Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Homecare | Rochester, NY | $30–$45/hr

What you’ll do
· Provide direct care in the home
· Monitor patient condition

Requirements
· Active LPN license (NY)
· Current BLS certification
· 1+ year experience preferred
