Job description
Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin, IN is seeking an LPN I for the Family Medicine MD office. The role supports providers with rooming patients, taking history and vitals, and assisting with procedures in an outpatient setting.
Requirements include Indiana LPN licensure and BLS/CPR certification with preferred prior outpatient nursing experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with an 80-hour pay period.
