Job DescriptionLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric Home Health\ NA Nursing Role Built for Focused, One-on-One Care in Pennsylvania
\ NAt Care Options for Kids,pediatric home health nursing is intentionally different. Instead of juggling multiple patients and constant interruptions, you provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and consistency.
\ NIn this role, you'll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. LPNs who thrive here value meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and the reassurance of knowing support is always available when needed.

\ N Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
\ N TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
\ N Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
\ N Valid driver's license
\ N G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
