Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience. Hiring Immediately.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;

Medication Administration, including IVs.

Taking and recording vital signs.

Providing resident and treatments with monitoring of outcome.

Provide resident and family education.

Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

Supervising CNAs

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Current License-LPN

Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm

Full time and Part time shifts avalable.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour
