Job description
Role Overview: Provides primary clinical support in a walk-in healthcare setting, assisting with patient assessments, procedures, and communication to ensure efficient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtains and documents patient medical history, vital signs, and prepares patients for examinations.
Assists providers with minor diagnostic and surgical procedures.
Collects, prepares, and documents laboratory specimens accurately.
Manages patient communication, responds to questions, and prioritizes provider needs.
Administers medications, vaccines, and performs skin testing under supervision.
Ensures exam rooms are clean, sterile, and properly equipped between patients.
Follows up on diagnostic testing and maintains accurate records to support quality care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Commitment to patient safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
