WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING LPN's/RN's for HOME CARE PATIENTS (ADULTS & PEDIATRICS)
All shifts available in every borough of New York !!! GET PAID WEEKLY
We are currently seeking experienced LPN/RN's to fill job openings. The ideal candidate will possess a current license and posses excellent clinical skills

Flexible full time & Per Diem assignment
Requirements:
Photo for ID Badge (Take a Photo from your Camera)
(2) Pieces of ID (Driver’s License/Passport/Resident Card/work authorization card)
Social Security Card
NYS License
NYS Registration
CPR Certification
Fire Safety -- (
Infection Control -- (
Malpractice Insurance
Reference (1- Previous Employer and 1-Personal)
Direct Deposit form or Void Check (Must be signed)
COVID Vaccination (Not required)
Flue Vaccine (Not required)
Complete Physical Exam -- (MUST BE WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION)
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella or Rubeola) Lab Reports
Chest X-Ray Lab Report (if positive PPD)
