Job description
Westview Health Care Center in Dayville, CT seeks an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document accurately. You’ll collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team, support residents in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care, and help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and dignity in a supportive, community-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth.
