Job description
Lakes at Litchfield, a resident-centered senior living community in Pawleys Island, SC, is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in assisted living, memory care, and skilled settings. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document accurately in EMR, and communicate changes to RNs, physicians, and families. This role supports care planning, supervises CNAs, and ensures compliance with state and facility policies while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort in a hospitality-focused, team-oriented environment.
