Job description
Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Hartsville, TN seeks an LPN/LVN for skilled nursing care in the SNF and Long Term Care Unit. Shifts are 12 hours, with day and overnight options.
You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and provide resident care with outcome tracking, while educating residents and families. The role supports communication with physicians and other clinicians and includes supervising CNAs.
