Job description
Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and direct resident care in our SNF and long-term care units.
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive wages, health insurance, 401(k), paid orientation and training, plus employee perks and discounts. Must hold a Tennessee LPN license and be able to supervise CNAs.
