Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vitals, and support patients with activities of daily living. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement care plans that promote safe, effective rehabilitation and timely discharge.
