Job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vitals, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll help patients regain function and independence while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring safety.
