Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor patient status, support therapies, and educate patients and families on rehab goals. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll contribute to individualized care plans that promote safe recovery and maximum independence.
