Job description
Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver patient-centered care in an acute rehab setting. You will support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery by providing bedside care, administering medications, and assisting with mobility and ADLs. Collaborating closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll follow individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and document in the EMR.
