Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and assistance with ADLs. Collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized rehab plans and help patients regain independence. Monitor patient status, document accurately in the EMR, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
