Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support complex rehab treatments, and assist RNs and therapists in individualized care plans. You’ll educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and promote safety and infection control.
