Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and assistance with ADLs. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized rehab plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.
