Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this hands-on role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support complex rehab treatment plans under RN and physician direction. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery, educate patients and families, and ensure safe discharges.
