Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working within the Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families on care plans. Collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote safe, goal‑driven recovery.
