Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor patient progress, support therapy goals, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to create and follow individualized rehab plans in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment, with strong clinical mentorship and clear pathways for professional growth and advancement in rehabilitation nursing.
