Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and documentation. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized rehab plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and promote safe discharges.
