Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and support with therapies. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to execute individualized rehab plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.
