Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN for our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, evidence-based recovery.
