Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and support with ADLs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehab plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on recovery and self-care.
